The village of Idido is located in the province of Gedeo and is part of the Aricha growing area, which is also the name of the station where the coffee is processed. The area is very famous for the quality of the coffee it produces, and some of the most famous roasting houses in the world try to get the coffee from the village of Idido every year.
 
This is a classic Ethiopian coffee- it is floral and aromatic, with references to lemon-lime tea and a delicate spicy finish. Suitable for delicate roast for filter coffee and for an exotic espresso.
