The coffee comes packaged in GrainPro for maximum freshness, due to the sensitivity of the Indonesian coffee (especially Kalossi) and a higher quality retreat than other types of coffee.
Compared to the coffee from Indonesia Sumatra, which tastes more delicate, the coffee from Sulawesi is extreme and very strong in its flavors.
The body is medium, with spicy flavors and aromas and a mention of cloves and saffron. Lovers of spicy black coffee will find it as the elite alternative version to the additions of Hawayej and cardamom. In addition, it is used as an amazing spice for special blends.
