A natural-process coffee from the Guji zone in southern Ethiopia. The beans dry inside the whole coffee cherry, which gives the cup a juicy, fruity sweetness, bright citrus and a soft hint of cinnamon.
Roasted light to keep those flavors clear. Best for pour-over (V60, Chemex), AeroPress and cold brew.
