This coffee comes from Fazenda Rainha in São Sebastião da Grama, a farm in the Sertãozinho group. It has made the Brazil Cup of Excellence final seven times and won it in 2011.
It has everything people love in Brazilian coffee, earthiness, cocoa, low acidity and a full body, while the Yellow Bourbon variety gives it an especially creamy, smooth texture.
Works with almost any brewing method, from espresso and the moka pot to filter, and is lovely with milk.
